The location is quiet and convenient, with various services within a 700 to 900-meter radius. There is a bus stop for routes to Trento and Bolzano, and in summer, also to the Dolomite passes just 30 meters away. The ski bus stop is also only 30 meters from the house. The nearest airport is in Bolzano, 53 km away, followed by airports in Venice and Verona.
